How to contact a doctor?

Download the Whatsup Doctor (User Version) from Google Play or the Apple Store and create your account.
Search for the doctor you want from our list of doctors across multiple specialties.
Make sure to charge your wallet with the consultation fee mentioned on the doctor’s profile.
Then choose your preferred communication method:
– Chat (with attachments)
– Audio Call (includes chat with attachments)
– Video Call (includes chat with attachments)

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I join as a doctor?

Yes. Whatsup Doctor is currently accepting doctors who are licensed to practice medicine in Egypt.
Simply download Whatsup Doctor (Doctor Version) from Google Play or Apple Store, create your account, and upload all the required documents and information.
If your documents are ready, the account registration process takes approximately 7 minutes.
Your application will be reviewed, and your account will be activated within the same day or the next day.

Can I call a doctor without knowing his/her phone number?

Yes. Whatsup Doctor allows you to call the doctor directly over the internet, similar to WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Messenger calls, without needing to know the doctor’s phone number.
Your phone number and the doctor’s phone number are completely private and are not visible to either party.

Are payments on Whatsup Doctor secure?

Yes. Whatsup Doctor partners with Paymob to handle all payment transactions securely.
Whatsup Doctor does not save or store your payment method information on its servers. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the secure Paymob portal to ensure maximum protection.

I want to call a doctor but the call option is off. What should I do?

Doctors are often busy helping other patients. If you want to call a doctor and you find that the Audio Call or Video Call option (or both) is disabled, you can send a call appointment request by selecting your preferred date and time.
The doctor will review your request and either confirm the appointment or suggest a new time that suits their schedule.
